PharmaNet Data Quality Services must be contacted for:

  • Removal of Adverse Reaction and Clinical Conditions
  • Reporting of Fan Out messages for stolen duplicate and/or regular pads
  • Reversal of prescriptions more than 120 days
  • Reversals due to software issues
  • Reversals due to software conversion
  • Correcting patient profiles when an incorrect PHN was used
