Strength & form	40 mg, 80 mg, 160 mg, 320 mg tablet 80 mg/12.5 mg, 160 mg/12.5 mg, 160 mg/25 mg, 320 mg/12.5 mg, 320 mg/25 mg tablet

Special Authority criteria	Approval period
Experiencing intractable cough or angioedema on an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE-I)	Indefinite

Patients requiring a diuretic combination product must satisfy the same criteria
