If you have submitted a form or other document to HIBC, please allow 10 business days for processing and response. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact HIBC.

BC Services Card:
During the strike period, BC Services Cards will be held until postal services resume. Beneficiaries can access health services using their PHN and identification and can be provided with their PHN over the phone. If you require your PHN, please contact HIBC.
