Requesting a refund

If you overpaid your international student health fee, the credit balance will be used against future health fees. However, you may request a refund by:

If you qualify for a refund, we need to make sure your payment has cleared through your bank or financial institution. It takes 21 days from the date the payment was made to clear. Once your payment has cleared, your refund will generally be issued within 6 weeks.
