Serving legal documents on the Attorney General of British Columbia

  • Notices of civil claim
  • Notices of application
  • Petitions to the court
  • Applications for probate or administration or other originating process

You may serve an originating document:

During office hours, leave a copy of the document with a lawyer on staff at:
