Reporting Fraud
If you think a company you’re dealing with is operating illegally or unethically, you can:
- contact Consumer Protection BC to report your concerns;
- file a complaint, with the Better Business Bureau;
- file a complaint with the Motor Vehicle Sales Authority of BC against a licensed motor vehicle dealer; or
- apply to the Travel Assurance Fund if you have paid for travel services that you have not received.
