Is your concern about Employment Insurance (EI), tax documents or your Record of Employment (ROE)?

This includes issues with eligibility and benefit payments. The Government of Canada administers the Employment Insurance program, tax documents and the Record of Employment.

Employment Standards can't recover tax or other documents that an employer may be required to issue by the Federal Government or the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
