Amend a cannabis licence or authorization

Current licensees and authorization holders can amend or change their licence or authorization. Application fees vary. For a complete list of fees, see Schedule 1 in the Cannabis Licensing Regulation. 

Submission information

To make changes to your licence or authorization

  • Find your licence or authorization type
  • Select the type of change you want to make
  • Complete and submit the appropriate application through the liquor and cannabis licensing portal
  • Pay the application fee

Please note that applications submitted without all the required documentation will not be processed until all information is received. Complete applications are prioritized. Read the section titled Making Changes to the Licence/Authorization in the terms and conditions handbook for more information.

Cannabis Retail Store licence

For businesses that sell cannabis and cannabis accessories.

Producer Retail Store licence

For businesses that sell cannabis and cannabis accessories.

Cannabis Marketing licence

For marketers that promote cannabis from federally licensed producers to cannabis stores and people 19+.

Cannabis Retail Store authorization

For section 119 agreement holders that sell cannabis and cannabis accessories.
