Transcript Verification Reports
It’s important to confirm whether Grade 12 students are eligible for graduation – use the Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) to confirm the courses they’ve completed (or are currently enrolled in).
New features for Adult Dogwood transcripts and TVRs
As part of the TRAX to GRAD Modernization Project, Adult Dogwood transcripts and Transcript Verification Reports now feature requirement indicator numbers and non-graduation reasons.
TRAX to GRAD Modernization Project
The Ministry is modernizing the management of student graduation records and achievement data to make the information it collects clearer and more accessible to schools and students. This involves replacing the existing Transcripts and Examination System (TRAX) with a new system called Graduation Records and Achievement Data (GRAD). Follow our engagement page for details.
School Completion Certificate Program (SCCP) reporting
All students receiving the School Completion Certificate Program credential (Evergreen Certificate) will be issued transcripts showing all successfully-completed credit and non-credit courses from Grades 10, 11 and 12.
