The May 1701 data collection is open to B.C. Public Online Learning and Continuing Education Schools, and B.C. Independent Online Learning Schools.

1701 files will be accepted through the new Education Data Exchange (EDX).

Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE)

Note: If you do not have Graduated Adult course completions, you do not need to submit a SADE file this collection.

The third SADE collection for the 2024/2025 school year opens on April 1, 2025. Files should be submitted and released before midnight April 30, 2025.

Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS)

The third EDAS collection for the 2024/2025 school year opens on April 1, 2025. The first submission is due by April 18, 2025. The final submission is due before midnight April 30, 2025. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association (BCPSEA) collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public-school system.
