Current Collection: Summer Learning and Grade 8 & 9 Cross Enrolment 1701 Data Collection

The EDX web application is now ready to process your Summer Learning and Grade 8 & 9 Cross Enrolment data collection 1701 files. This data collection involves all B.C. Public Summer Learning Schools, as well as Public Standard, Public Online Learning and Independent Online Learning Schools who had Grade 8 & 9 cross enrolled students in the 2025/26 school year.

Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE)

Note: If you do not have Graduated Adult course completions, you do not need to submit a SADE file this collection.

The fourth SADE collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on July 1, 2026. Files should be submitted and released before midnight July 31, 2026.

Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS)

The fourth EDAS collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on July 1, 2026. The first submission is due on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The final submission must be submitted and released before midnight July 31, 2026. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association (BCPSEA) collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public-school system.
