The EDX web application is now ready to process your May data collection 1701 files. This data collection involves all B.C. Public and Independent Online Learning Schools, and B.C. Public Continuing Education Schools.

1701 Data Collections

Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE)

Note: If you do not have Graduated Adult course completions, you do not need to submit a SADE file this collection.

The third SADE collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on April 1, 2026. Files should be submitted and released before midnight April 30, 2026.

Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS)

The third EDAS collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on April 1, 2026. The first submission is due on Friday, April 17, 2026. The final submission must be submitted and released before midnight April 30, 2026. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association (BCPSEA) collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public-school system.
