The EDX web application is now ready to process your February data collection 1701 files. This data collection involves all B.C. Public and Independent schools.

Student Achievement Data Exchange (SADE)

Note: If you do not have Graduated Adult course completions, you do not need to submit a SADE file this collection.

The second SADE collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on January 1, 2026. Files should be submitted and released before midnight January 31, 2026.

Employment Data and Analysis System (EDAS)

The second EDAS collection for the 2025/2026 school year opens on January 1, 2026. The first submission is due on Friday, January 16, 2026. The final submission must be submitted and released before midnight Friday, January 30, 2026. This is a joint project with the BC Public Schools Employers' Association (BCPSEA) collecting a broad range of data about staff in the public-school system.
