Project Scope:   This project includes the construction of a new 80K/575E student capacity school in the South Newton area. The new school will be built at 58B Avenue and 148 Street, with $5 million funding contributed from the Surrey School District, and is expected to be ready for students in the spring of 2025.  

Estimated Project Value:  $43.9 million
