Project scope: This project includes the construction of a new secondary school that will provide 900 new student spaces for students Grades 6-8. To provide students with an inclusive school, the design will include accessible washrooms that can be used by all students regardless of gender. Innovative low-carbon building materials will help to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions throughout the building’s lifetime. The new school will include a Neighbourhood Learning Centre for child care to benefit the broader community.
