Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new, six classroom prefabricated modular addition that will create 150 new seats for Kindergarten to Grade 7 students.  The modular addition will be durable structures with 30+ year life cycles, be accessible for users with physical mobility issues, and be built with occupant health and safety in mind for things like thermal comfort.  The addition will help alleviate enrolment pressures in Richmond’s City Centre.
