Project scope: This project includes the construction of a 12-classroom addition in the Township of Langley. It will provide space for 300 new students in grades 9-12. The project will also include innovative low-carbon building solutions to reduce green-house gas emissions throughout the building's lifetime.

Estimated project value: $41.97 million
