Project scope: This project includes the construction of a new three-storey school that will provide 500 new student spaces for grades K-5. The new school will be located at 10125 McGrath Road and will feature a neighbourhood learning centre (NLC) with space that will be used for child care programming as well as including energy improvements designed to lower building GHG emissions.

Estimated project value:  $58.6 million
