Project scope: This project includes the construction of a new prefabricated addition that will provide 100 new student spaces. The addition will be built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard. With a sustainable and energy-efficient design, the addition also aligns with the Province’s CleanBC targets and meets B.C.’s enhanced energy requirements.

Estimated project value: $6 million
