Project Scope:  This project includes the construction of a new two-story school that will provide 435 new student spaces for grades K-7 students and a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC). This project includes a complete seismic replacement with five classroom addition to accommodate enrolment growth. The new school will have a neighbourhood learning centre for childcare. A replacement school project offers an opportunity to improve the overall energy performance of the building plus reduce the emissions of greenhouse gasses. To align with CleanBC initiatives, this school will use superior grade insulation in the walls and roof, Natural Gas Instantaneous Heater and Solar Photovoltaic.
