Project scope: This is a complete seismic replacement project which includes the construction of a new two-story school that will provide 465 safe seats and a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) for childcare. A replacement school project offers an opportunity to improve the overall energy performance of the building plus reduce the emissions of greenhouse gasses.
