Project Scope:  This project includes the construction of a two-storey elementary school with a 240 capacity, to accommodate kindergarten to grade 5 students. The school will be constructed to support modern learning environments, LEED Gold standards, and include a Neighbourhood Learning Centre for child care space. The District is using a modified repeat prefabricated design from a recently completed project.
