Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new two-story school that will provide 435 new student spaces for grades K-7 students and a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC). To align with CleanBC initiatives, this school will be reducing the school’s carbon footprint with a design that follows modern energy efficiency strategies. The school will provide an energy enhancement strategy with superior grade insulation in the walls and roof. The interior will include lots of natural light, and open and collaborative learning spaces to support B.C.’s new curriculum.
