Project scope: This project includes the construction of a new elementary school with a building area of 2,315m2. The school will have a capacity of 265 students and include a Neighbourhood Learning Centre to provide purpose-built space for Indigenous Education, a warming kitchen, and expanded gym. The building will be constructed to exceed LEED Gold equivalent standards by achieving an additional 60% greenhouse gas reduction and will support 21st Century Learning.
