Project Scope: Francophone families in Smithers will have a new 70-capacity (20K/50E) elementary school for kindergarten to grade 7 students. The new school and gymnasium will be built with prefabricated technology while long-term plans are made for a larger home for the École élémentaire La Grande-ourse community.
