Project scope: Francophone families in Burnaby will have a new three-storey 360-capacity (60K/300E) elementary school for kindergarten to grade 6 students, with an enlarged core to accommodate a future capacity of 485 (60K/425E). The school will be constructed with Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reduction measures to reduce GHG emissions by 95% in comparison to a LEED Gold equivalent facility. Additionally, the school will include an adjoining French language child care centre (up to 62 spaces), alongside community spaces for the francophone community in Burnaby.
