Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new two-story prefabricated addition that will provide 300 new student spaces for grades 9-12 students. The addition will be built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard. With a sustainable and energy-efficient design, the addition also aligns with the Province’s CleanBC targets and meets B.C.’s enhanced energy requirements.

Estimated Project Value: $18 million
