Project Scope: This project includes the renovation of existing, underused space at Dover Bay Secondary to create four new classrooms. Along with the new classrooms, there will be a project-based learning hub, a fitness area and a gender-neutral washroom. Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools is contributing an additional $400,000 towards the cost of the project. The renovation will eliminate the need for four portables at the school and provide a better learning experience for 100 students.
