Career maps, sometimes called job ladders, help both managers and employees by provide a listing of the positions within a work stream and common elements such as accountabilities and required education, experience and skill.

Open Enrolment for excluded employees

Open Enrolment in the Flexible Benefits Program for excluded employees runs from October 25 to November 10, 2021 with changes taking effect January 1, 2022.

NOTICE:  phishing attempts on the rise

Over the last few weeks, several hundred staff have received emails requesting they purchase gift cards on behalf of colleagues, and as a result lost a significant amount of money in some cases.

Associated email addresses have generally been from gmail.com with prefixes such as:

  • executivemembernn@gmail.com 
  • execmembernn@gmail.com
  • executivemembersnn@gmail.com,

and where ‘nn’ is a number.

Staff are asked to stay vigilant and report any incidents to 250-387-7000 (Option 3) and to notify your supervisor.
