Health and well-being workshops

Health and Well-Being workshops offer information on a variety of healthy living-focused topics such as stress management, resiliency, self awareness, and more! Be sure to check out our new offerings: calming the anxious mind, becoming a self-starter, building resilience and balance for everyone and setting healthy boundaries. Also on the roster is Employee & Family Assistance Services, a workshop all about what is offered through the BC Public Service’s EFAS program.

The spring offerings are all webinar based and delivered via Microsoft Teams, and we are excited to offer a full roster of Health and Well-Being workshops for April to June. These workshops are offered in partnership with our service provider, TELUS Health.
