Health and Well-Being workshops offer information on a variety of healthy living-focused topics such as stress management, resiliency, self awareness, and more! Be sure to check out our new offerings: balance not burnout, creating a resilient mindset, and demystifying counseling. Also on the roster is Employee & Family Assistance Services, a workshop all about what is offered through the BC Public Service’s EFAS program.
The summer offerings are all webinar based and delivered via Microsoft Teams, and we are excited to offer a full roster of Health and Well-Being workshops for July and August. These workshops are offered in partnership with our service provider, TELUS Health.
