Assistant manager

Responsible for one or more of the following duties on a continuing basis:

• Operate a Government Liquor Store within the framework of established policies, procedures and regulations
• Supervise or assist in the supervision of staff engaged in ordering, receiving, stocking, selling and safekeeping of liquor store merchandise
• Assist in maintaining control over and accounting for stock and revenues and in maintaining accurate records
• Assist in the establishment and development of regulations, procedures and policies relating to Government Liquor Stores or Licensee Stores; and
• Function under the supervision of a store manager while performing the above activities
