BC Bid Help Desk 

The BC Bid Help Desk is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). 

Solicitation questions 

For specific questions about an opportunity, reach out to the official contact listed in the BC Bid opportunity details.  

BC Bid Trainers 

Each ministry has BC Bid experts on staff to help you with the BC Bid application. Contact your ministry’s BC Bid trainer if you have questions that are not answered in the BC Bid user guides

Complaints 

If you have a concern about a solicitation or contract, submit a complaint through the responsible ministry. Follow Procedure N in the Core Policy and Procedures Manual. 

Procurement consultation or assistance 

Procurement Services Branch offers advice on procurement processes, policies, and trade agreements. 

Support for ministry staff 

Ministries have dedicated procurement staff ready to help. 

Strategic Partnerships Office 

The Strategic Partnerships Office manages the Province’s portfolio of strategic supplier contracts. 

Legal Services Branch 

Legal Services Branch assists with procurements by managing solicitation and contract templates, helping with alternative solicitation documents or processes, and modifying of contracts. 

Office of the Comptroller General 

The Office of the Comptroller General develops, maintains, and interprets government's corporate procurement policy and procedures. 

Risk Management Branch 

Risk Management Branch provides risk management advice and aids in the identification of project, procurement, and service delivery risks.
