The British Columbia Procurement Plan, released by the Ministry of Citizens’ Services, is a strategic framework for prioritizing the best interests of the people of B.C., local communities, local economies, and the environment into the decision-making process for every government purchase and procurement in British Columbia.
Aims to create culturally appropriate procurement practices, an Indigenous-specific procurement plan, and help build capacity for Indigenous businesses and communities and government employees.
