Learning Delivery Services

• Delivery of standard (non-custom) courses and learning materials.  Courses may be delivered in-person, online, self-directed, or blended

Use this supply arrangement

Step 1: Check if your organization is authorized. Organizations that may use this supply arrangement are:

• B.C. government ministries
• B.C. broader public sector organizations on the CSA User's List

Step 2a: Engage suppliers in competitive order process. Complete the Competitive Ordering Process delivery (Appendix B)(DOCX, 40KB) and send to all of the suppliers listed in the category requested in the COP.  After the closing date and time, choose the supplier with the highest score to make your purchase from.  For instructions on how to complete the Competitive Oder Process see here

Step 2b: Engage a supplier based on selective criteria requests.  Engage one or more suppliers based on selective criteria requests. Issue a Service Request (DOCX, 25KB) to the CSA Holders that best meets the specific requirements needed for the Service Request.  After the closing date and time, choose the supplier with the lowest compliant hourly rate to make the purchase from.  For instructions on how to complete the Selective Order Process see here

Note: A Completive Order Process or a Service Request must be completed every time Services are needed. Choose the Service Request (Step 2b) when the Purchaser has identified specific areas of experience, including but not limited to approach, knowledge or training, experience relating to one or more Categories, ASL or Live Transcription capabilities, or the location for delivery of services for in-person delivery, that would be specific requirements for a Service Request otherwise choose the Competitive Ordering Process (Step 2a)

Step 3: Complete your purchase. Countersign then return document to the supplier to confirm the purchase.

Information about this supply arrangement

• This supply arrangement expires September 30, 2026 with two one-year options to extend
• Only services outlined on the price lists are available; other services need to be obtained in accordance with CPPM 6 - Procurement Policy
• There is no dollar maximum of an individual purchase through this CSA
