Non-partisan Advertising Review Process

The review process is conducted as follows:

1. GCPE submits a completed Non-partisan Advertising Review Form along with initial draft creative materials to Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) for review;
2. ASC completes an initial review and provides determinations to GCPE before significant investments are made to the development of advertising materials;
3. GCPE re-submits the Non-partisan Advertising Review Form along with final production/broadcast ready creative materials to ASC for review;
4. ASC completes a final review and provides determinations to GCPE prior to the publication or broadcast of the advertising materials;
5. ASC review results and decisions are published.
