Criminal Records Review Program online services

There are two online service streams available through the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP). These services provide organizations and applicants a convenient option to submit their criminal record check requests electronically. Both online services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Internet Explorer version 11 is required, other types of browsers at older versions may experience problems.

Applicant-Based Online Service (eCRC)

The eCRC online service is available for volunteer organizations that have registered with the CRRP and enrolled in the eCRC online service and employer organizations that have enrolled in the eCRC online service. Organizations that utilize the eCRC online service are not required to keep copies of consent forms as this will be done electronically by the CRRP.

The code never expires and allows for the sharing of criminal record check results. However, the code can be changed at any time upon the request of the organization.

If your organization has registered with the CRRP and enrolled in the eCRC, they will provide you a with web link and access code to enter the eCRC online service.

For more information, please see the eCRC Online Service Walk-through Guide.

Organization-Based Online Service (BCeID)

This online service is for organizations who have a BCeID account or an IDIR ID (internal government).

The organization generates as many codes as are required and disperses them to its workers. Each code expires after 2 weeks and this type of code does not allow for the sharing of criminal record check results. To share results of checks the organization must be enrolled in the applicant based eCRC online service.

Employer organizations who have a BCeID account and want to provide their employees with access to the eCRC online service may create an access code. This code cannot be used to share results and can only be used once. The applicant will be directed to the eCRC through a web link provided.

If you have a BCeID or an IDIR ID (internal government) and are authorized to access the online system, you may sign in below.
