Rorison et al. v. Insurance Corporation of British Columbia et al

The Province of British Columbia has agreed to a proposed class action settlement to resolve claims in relation to payments made to it by ICBC as reimbursement for the cost of health-related services for persons injured in motor vehicle accidents. More information can be found here.
