Guide to Developing a BC Agriculture Employee Handbook

An employee handbook is a tool for communicating with employees and management.  It promotes a better understanding of the operation's culture and encourages  an environment in which employees are treated fairly and consistently.  This helps employees identify with the business and work more effectively for the good of the operation.
