Cost of Production

Workshops are offered for both meat and vegetable producers. These workshops are aimed at helping farmers develop tools and production costing skills for various crops and livestock production to improve the efficiency and profitability of their farms.

2-Day Food Business Planning Workshops

The 2-Day Food Business Planning Workshops are for micro, small and medium sized food processors looking to improve and/or expand their operations, and farmers working on value-added. Food processors will leave the workshop with a stronger understanding of how to craft their business plan from start to finish.
