The Province is hosting a series of webinars to support local government implementation of Bills 44, 46, and 47. Each webinar is designed to support local government staff by providing technical overviews of the requirements from legislation and regulations and a question-and-answer period. Following each webinar, presentations will be made available on this page. Webinars will be recorded and made available, when possible, for those unable to attend.
The first set of webinars delivered through January focus on providing high-level information about the new legislation and on the technical details for small-scale multi-unit housing and transit-oriented development areas to support implementation by June 30, 2024.
