Some of the records you requested contain information that is excepted from disclosure under the Act. The severed information is excepted from disclosure under sections [list section numbers] of the Act. Severing was necessary because [explain why the exception(s) apply.]

A copy of the records is enclosed. Your file is now closed.

Under section 52 of the Act, you may ask the Information and Privacy Commissioner to review the response to your request.  You have 30 days from receipt of this notice to request a review by writing to:
