Having trouble setting up the app?

First, read how to set up the BC Services Card app.

Then check that:

  • Your computer or mobile device is connected to the internet
  • The operating system (OS) on your mobile device is up to date — only the following operating systems are supported:
    • Android version 6.0 or above
    • iOS 10 and above
  • You're not using a Beta OS
  • The BC Services Card app on your mobile device is up to date:
  • Your mobile device has device protection enabled
  • ​Your camera and microphone are working if you choose to verify your identity by video

Having trouble logging in?

First, read about how to log in. If you're using a computer, read the step-by-step guide on how to pair devices.

Then check that:

  • Your computer or mobile device is connected to the Internet
  • You're using a supported browser 

Don't see the option to use your USB card reader? 

The option to log in with a USB card reader and passcode has been discontinued.

Use the BC Services Card app instead.

Lost your mobile device?

If you lost your iPhone, iPad or Android mobile device with the app set up on it:

App on too many devices?

You may only have the app on five mobile devices at a time. 

Please note: if you deleted the app before resetting the app, the device will still be listed in your account. 

You need to remove at least one of the devices from your account.
