Old Massett Village Council

The Council of the Haida Nation (CHN) has a constitutionally established definition of its citizenship. The Council negotiates on behalf of all its citizens, and its structure includes the participation of representatives which are directly elected by its citizens to the CHN and representatives of both Haida Band Councils.

Current activities

The Council of Haida Nation is negotiating on behalf of Skidegate Band Council and Old Massett Village Council.
The CHN has a finalized reconciliation agreement with B.C. and Canada.
