Summary

Employers are required to provide information about the Act to their employees. This may be done by posting information in the workplace, and providing it directly to employees when they are hired.


Text of Legislation

6. An employer must make available or provide to each employee, in a form provided or approved by the director, information about the rights of the employee under the Act.


Policy Interpretation

For the purposes of this section the Director has provided an approved informational document that can be provided to employees and shared in the workplace.
