Northern Housing Incentive Program

Description 

Northern Development Initiative Trust's (NDIT) Northern Housing Incentive Program funds up to $200,000 and creates a ‘Dollars to the Door’ program by incentivizing private sector housing developments. This program encourages new market-based housing units in communities which will retain seniors and attract workforce and increase business and employment opportunities.

Applicants must be located within NDIT's service region.

Administration

Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDIT) is an independent regionally-operated economic development funding corporation for central and northern British Columbia. NDIT identifies and pursues opportunities for stimulating economic growth and job creation within the region. NDIT administers this program through funding from the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs.
