Lytton Homeowner Resilient Rebuild Program

Description

The Lytton Homeowner Resilient Rebuild Program provides top-up grants for eligible Lytton homeowners who wish to rebuild fire-resilient or fire-resilient and Net Zero Homes.

Eligibility requirements

Eligible owners of a residential property:

• Located in the Village of Lytton or within 15km of the Village; and
• That was destroyed by the Lytton Creek Wildfire on June 30, 2021; and
• Who plan to rebuild a primary residence to fire-resilient or fire-resilient and Net Zero standards.
