The City of Kelowna offers five categories of Arts & Culture Grants to non-profit organizations. These grants are awarded on an annual basis and organizations may apply for grants under more than one category in the same calendar year.

The purpose of the Community Social Development Grants program is to make available funding to registered non-profit organizations and community organizations offering socially beneficial services or programs in the City of Kelowna.
Emergency grants may be available to registered charities offering social programs in Kelowna, for the purpose of assisting the organizations through a financial crisis. Any monies granted will be short-term bridging funding only and will depend on the availability of funds in the Social Development Grant Reserve. Grants will not exceed $5,000.
