This section covers the functions of the Attorney General in regards to legal and prosecutorial services under the Attorney General Act [RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 22 and the Crown Counsel Act [RSBC 1996] CHAPTER 87 as the Attorney General is the legal advisor to cabinet and the ministries of government and that it is responsible for the preparation of legislation and the regulation and conduct of all litigation for and against the government.
