What do you need to do? 

For facility and authorized inspector applications and renewals,

1. Close this window by clicking CLOSE PAYMENT WINDOW at the bottom
2. Select Print and Submit Manually
3. Note your application number and contact the Vehicle Inspections and Standards office (details below).
