Printing with BC Basemap unavailable in iMapBC

Printing is not compatible with the latest version of B.C.’s basemap on iMapBC.

We are working on adding print functionality for a future release. We do not have a time estimate for this update.

Switch to a different basemap such as, "Roads" to print.  Please note that even when you switch to a different basemap for example "Roads" the pop up will still appear. Please click OK and proceed with printing as you will not have the same issue as the BC Basemaps.

  • If printing is critical to you, email data@gov.bc.ca to let us know about your iMapBC printing needs.

If you are experiencing any additional issues that are not listed here, please report it to us.

If you discover any unplanned issues, please open a ticket with the Data Systems and Services request system. The faster issues are reported, the faster they can be fixed.

To help us support you better, please include the following information in your request: 

  • Name of your Mapping Application 
  • What the issue is and how you discovered it 
  • Any screenshots or visual aids
