Access

Prior to being granted access, users must have the authority to request and receive HR data under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) and sign a Data Access Agreement.  HR Analytics access is based on a user’s need to know for the performance of their assigned work duties. Users may include but are not limited to Executive, Ministry HR and Financial staff.

To request access, contact your Ministry Human Resource office or your Chief Financial Officer for approval.  Assistance is also available from the BCPSA’s Data and Insights Office via an AskMyHRIDIR restricted service request.
