Workforce reporting

HR Analytics and Workforce Analytics provide online self-service access to human resource reporting information to support those directly involved in operational and workforce planning.

Summary reports include but are not limited to:

  • Short Term Illness and Injury Plan (STIIP) rates
  • Hiring and exit activity
  • Staffing activity
  • FTE utilization rates
  • Headcount
  • Diversity rates
  • Employee movement
  • Establishment reports for position and employee listings and vacancy information
  • Training detail
  • Retirement

Access

Prior to being granted access, users must have the authority to request and receive HR data under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) and sign a Data Access Agreement.  Access is based on a user’s need to know for the performance of their assigned work duties. Users may include but are not limited to Executive, Ministry HR and Financial staff.
