FREP Reports & Extension Notes

Forest & Range Evaluation Program (FREP) reports are peer-reviewed, science-based, statistically rigorous documentation of the results of monitoring and evaluations. In some cases, FREP reports are accompanied by report summaries, data sets and action plans. This information is distributed to stakeholders.

FREP extension notes are two- to four-page summaries that occasionally accompany FREP reports.

FREP technical guidance provides detailed guidance for project leaders and other staff on various aspects of monitoring and evaluation.
